Avoid having a kitchen nightmare with the carbon steel Ecocook 6 cup muffin tray. The non-stick properties ensures zero wastage in the case of accidental overheating, the coating will not blister and release toxic fumes into your cake or kitchen. Heat resistant up to 280C, you should have no issues creating the perfect meal.

Moving away from the traditional plastic coatings, the black Ecocook 6 cup muffin tray's non stick properties are made from minerals with no PTFE or PFOA.

The tray is black carbon steel with six white non-stick cups, and Premier says its non-stick surface is mineral-based, with no PTFE or PFOA. It measures 31 x 18 x 3cm and is heat resistant up to 280°C. Wash it before first use, then rinse in warm soapy water and towel dry. Use it for muffins, cupcakes or mini frittatas.
